Classic kohl eyeliner pencil that defines and enhances the eyes with deep, rich color. Its smooth, creamy texture glides on easily for precise lines or a smoky, blended effect. Suitable for use on the waterline or lash line for both subtle and dramatic looks.
Ingredients: Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Glycerides, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Talc, Mica, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Ultramarines (CI 77007).
